The Community Support Team Builds Trust

What are the community support team’s responsibilities?

We are the community’s direct point of contact when it comes to general questions and technical concerns. Our tasks include overseeing official community channels, answering support tickets, managing bounties, solving technical issues, and addressing requests raised by the community. To meet these requirements, team members must always stay current on project developments. We endeavor to achieve this by faithfully participating in company meetings and closely cooperating with other departments.

What are the requirements to be part of the team?

As team members must interact with community members daily, the position requires exceptional social skills and the capacity to remain cooperative. Team members tasked with assisting community members in technical matters must also acquire advanced knowledge about XTRABYTES. Moreover, support team members must be able to convert this technical knowledge into simple instructions. As we frequently encounter the same issues on a daily basis (whether technical or community-related), it’s essential that team members exercise great patience and stay professional.

What do team members like about their job?

Since members of the community support team always have a variety of tasks, the work never gets boring. It’s exciting to contribute to the success of this project on a daily basis and to welcome people from all over the world to our community. Dealing with challenging technical issues and collaborating on various tasks enable us to deepen and expand our skills in this regard. Not incidentally, they also help us succeed in other areas of our life.

What has the team achieved so far?

By successfully achieving our tasks and remaining passionate about the project, we have become a trusted contact point for the community. Meanwhile, team members from different continents must cover as many time zones as possible to provide support around the clock.

Where does the team see themselves in the future?

The community’s continuing growth, the upcoming mainnet release, and the implementation of planned modules will present the support team with several new and challenging tasks soon. As such, the community support team will need to be expanded to meet these new demands. As always, we look forward to building upon our trusted reputation within the community.
